Etiquette
The spa is a haven. For the consideration of others, we request that guests keep noise to a minimum. Children under 12 are not allowed at the spa unless they are having a treatment and accompanied by an adult.
Attire
Complimentary bath robes, slippers and disposable undergarments are provided.
Reservations
Advanced booking prior to your arrival are strongly recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. Please email the spa at librisa@mountnelson.co.za or call +27 (0)21 483 1824 to make an appointment.
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow adequate time to change and avoid reduced treatment times. Please bear in mind that all spa treatments need to end on time and a late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other guests fairly.
Spa amenities
For your convenience we supply complimentary robes, slippers, disposable undergarments, shampoo/conditioner and spa body products.
Spa Treatment hours
The spa is open from 9am to 8pm daily. Last treatments finish at 8pm
Cancellation policy
Spa appointments cancelled less than 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation charge. A ‘no show’ will result in a full charge.
Spa gift certificates
A Librisa spa gift certificate makes the perfect gift for all occasions. Our gift certificates are available in denominations of R100 and R250. We also offer a gift certificate for our signature treatment, the Vine Secret Vintage Experience. Gift certificates are non-refundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
For your comfort
For your comfort and the comfort of all our guests, our spa is a non smoking facility and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited. It is advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol and heavy foods prior to or directly after a spa treatment. Please refrain from using your cell phone whilst at these premises.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Payment may also be charged to the room. All prices are quoted in South African Rand and are subject to change without prior notice. A gratuity is left to your discretion.
