Etiquette
For the consideration of others, we request that guests keep noise to a minimum. Please refrain from using your cell phone while on spa premises. Children under 12 are allowed only if they are having a treatment and are accompanied by an adult.
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow adequate time to change and therefore avoid reduced treatment times.
Spa amenities
We supply complimentary robes, slippers, disposable undergarments, shampoo/conditioner and spa body products.
For your comfort
Our spa is a non-smoking facility and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited. It is advisable to avoid alcohol and heavy foods prior to or directly after a spa treatment.

Spa gift certificates
A Librisa Spa gift certificate makes the perfect present for all occasions.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Hotel guests may also charge treatments to their room. All prices are quoted in South African Rand and are subject to change without prior notice. Gratuities are at your discretion.
Cancellation policy
Spa appointments cancelled less than 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation charge. A ‘no show’ will result in a full charge.
