The Cape Colony, will be closed for renovations from July. It will reopen in October with fresh new styling and a delicious new menu with the emphasis on fresh local produce.
To honor Cape Colony and bid it a fond farewell, Executive Chef Rudi Liebenberg and his team of specialist chefs have developed a five-course Winter Journey menu comprised of a selection of inspiring signature dishes - a journey through some of the restaurant's best-loved dishes and the season's favorite flavors.
